Queenstown’s Claire Pattinson’s recently been recognised for her ‘‘stunning’’ results with Tradestaff in the company’s 10th annual Excellence Awards.
Pattinson, Tradestaff’s recruitment support adviser, joined the company 14 years ago, having previously worked in Queenstown for Good Group and Dux De Lux.
In her current role, she’s contributed to a 30% reduction in lost-time injuries, a 20% increase in band-aid and near-miss reporting, and a 65% average open rate for Tradestaff’s Safetytalk newsletters.

Eder says the 12 business units have all performed well over the past year, but the shift in safety culture, driven by Pattinson and Flavell, ‘‘had to be recognised’’.
